What Makes a School? - Dipty Ahuja

In my opinion, school is a happy place of learning for teachers and students as well. If the school is the body, then the admin, buildings and rules play the role of bones and the Principal & HMs are the flesh, blood and energy givers and teachers work with soul to make their hearts & minds i.e. students, ready to deal in life with the combination of modernity and traditional culture.

I, as a teacher, feel responsible for my continuous learning so that I can reach out to all children and create a happy & positive environment in the classroom. For me teaching is not to challenge students to achieve, rather the challenge is to create a learning environment where every student is a willing achiever.
