" Never look down on anybody unless you are helping them to come up".

Humility means not drawing attention to yourself but to others. It is the attitude that you have no special importance that makes you better than others or lacks pride. For example, when we are in some competition with others and win the competition, we should say them 'good work' rather than saying you have lost.
Humility is the most important asset which can be used for self-improvement. It is helpful for inner well being. It is important to value to become a better human being.
APPRECIATION
"Let us be grateful to the people who make us happy. They are the charming gardeners who make our souls blossom."
Appreciation means motivating someone. It understands that something is valuable and important. It is the feeling of gratitude towards someone. For example, in the class, we should use good words for children to motivate them. We should never demoralize students for anything. We should appreciate them for short things or for the short task which they do.
