With near five decades of experience as an Educationist and having served as a School Leader for schools in India and overseas, Mr Devgan brings in rich experience as an administrator, sports person and champion for teachers. His love for children further strengthens the My Good School philosophy of the personal and social development of every individual with the active support of teachers, faith in experiential learning and learning outside the four walls of the classroom. Currently, Member Board of Governors at a leading residential school in India has settled down at Dehradun, to strengthen the mission of Learning Forward in India.

Principal Rockwoods International School Udaipur, Consultant and International Certified Career Coach for over 27 years of experience spanning across teaching, administration, mentoring and advisory roles with 16 years in Cambridge Education and 10 years in leadership roles. Consultant to numerous schools, a double Masters in Psychology and Education and a Special Educator by profession. Certificate course in Career Coaching by Mindler and CDA, USA. An International Certified Career Coach. She has also completed the first level Inspector Audit training with PENTA to be an Inspector and Auditor in schools with British Curriculum. Besides, she has successfully completed a CIDTT Diploma Program by Cambridge University and her module is on "Skills to be an Effective Teacher". With an overall distinction, she scored three distinctions in Planning, Assessment and Evaluation and a pass in the Practice. Dr Neel Mani is a regular invitee speaker at the Seminars to talk about the implementation of the Cambridge Curriculum.
