Qualified Teachers Are Not Always Quality Teachers

A quality teacher doesn't mean that to have a qualified knowledge or degree. He must have a practical knowledge because bookish knowledge is not complete but practical knowledge is complete knowledge. He must be experienced because by the experience he can learn many things from his mistakes and can become a qualified teacher. He must have practice how to teach and know the method so that he can impart knowledge to his students. His teaching must be effective and should emphasis more on moral values and should work for the overall development of a child then impart only bookish knowledge and stick to the curriculum. Quality Teacher always takes his work as a craft and not a burden and he teaches from his heart and not just mind. A quality teacher is one who understands his student well and delivers knowledge equally to them.

A quality teacher's work reflects from his/her students work. They are inspiring motivators and are the idols of their students. A qualified teacher is a teacher who comes with his bookish knowledge and sticks to the curriculum. Yes, a quality teacher can be a qualified teacher but a qualified teacher is always not a quality teacher. The definition of a quality teacher is that he is an educator who looks after the overall development of a child and makes him perfect to stand and face the world. of a child and makes him perfect to stand and face the world.
