Hoarding of Property helps to accumulate and increase property, but the question is that ‘Should Knowledge be Hoarded? No, knowledge should not be hoarded. If knowledge is hoarded then it will become stagnant and the spirit of learning is killed. Knowledge is that estate which cannot be robbed. It should be shared with all. Learning is done by sharing of knowledge. Sharing knowledge can never be divided, instead, it can be multiplied by sharing it.
An Educator never accumulates his knowledge. He shares it with his students and colleagues and he himself becomes a learner by learning what is needed by him. An Educator should always analysis his knowledge and then share his knowledge which is appropriate for his learners. Educators need to plan and then execute. If you hoard your knowledge, it will not increase instead it will die with you and will not be used by anyone and so the knowledge you had was just a waste.
Sharing knowledge helps you to create an atmosphere of collaboration and positive relationships. Knowledge helps you to groom your personality. A person who has a fear of being wrong is the one who doesn’t share his knowledge. But that is not correct, instead, we learn from our mistakes so we should share our knowledge free from fear of committing mistakes. Learning helps to bring a change, upgrade knowledge, creates awareness and improves our skills. Sharing knowledge opens the lines of communication and collaboration, boosts confidence, and eliminates fear and uncertainty.
