The Duke of Edinburgh's Award Scheme Gold Award holder. Helped set-up the Program in India, as member of the National Award Authority. Head of the National Training Team for four years and conducted workshops for Teachers and Awardees in India, Nepal, Sri Lanka & Australia. Member Brand Task Force and the International Council.
An alumnus The Doon School and The Indian Institute of Management (Ahemedabad). Travels extensively, keenly pursues education and training.
A qualified mountaineer, with Advanced Course certification from the Nehru Institute of Mountaineering (NIM), Uttarkashi, India. Awarded the Keep Himalayas Clean Prize at NIM. Done over 30 treks and scaled many heights in the Garhwal Himalayas. Volunteer Welham Girls School, Dehra Dun, for 15 years, helped conduct summer camps and road runs.
St. John's Ambulance Association Medallion Certificate.
"Bal Sahyog Award", for recognition of service to the youth of India.
